Profile

Mayank Agarwal is an explosive right-handed batsman from Bangalore, who has modeled his batting style on the lines of Virender Sehwag. In the Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy in 2008-09, he smashed 432 runs at an average of 54 in five matches. He was one of the stars of the Under-19 team that toured Australia in 2009 and hit a match-winning knock of 160 runs.

He was signed by the Bangalore for the fourth edition of the Indian T20 League. He was an average performer and played games here and there before he was picked up at the 2014 auction by Delhi.
