Profile

All-rounder Karn Sharma first played for Railways in a Ranji Trophy game against Jammu and Kashmir in 2007. The left-handed batsman has also represented Uttar Pradesh at the Under-14 level. He was first signed by the Bangalore in the Indian T20 League, followed by the Hyderabad team in 2013 where he impressed everyone with his immaculate control and economy. He along with Amit Mishra, were superb in the middle overs of the innings which curtailed the flow of runs of the batting line-up. No wonder Hyderabad spent Rs. 3.75 crores on him in order that he should play again for their team.
