Profile

Yogesh Nagar is a hard hitting right handed batsman and a right arm off-spinner. He has become an integral part of the Delhi domestic team in all three formats. His role is that of a finisher, and he has hit some meaty blows in the final overs for the Delhi. He is a live-wire on the field and shot to lime light when he took an amazing catch to dismiss Sanath Jayasuriya.

Nagar actually got into the team as a replacement for Daniel Vettori in the Champions League T20 in 2010. Following that he has done reasonably done well with the bat and even hit a last ball six to help Delhi win over the Hyderabad. He is also a useful bowler and sometimes is considered a partnership breaker.

Nagar was signed by the Delhi for the IPL in 2011.
