Shikhar Dhawan and Ravindra Jadeja were the stars of the show for India as the Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led team pipped England in a pulsating final at Edgbaston on 23 June 2013 to be crowned winners of the last edition of the Champions Trophy.
India dominated the tournament from the get-go and fully deserved to win the 2013 Champions Trophy.
Vinay Kumar, Amit Mishra, Irfan Pathan and Murail Vijay did not play a single match as Dhoni picked the same playing XI in all five matches that India played.
