Imphal, Jan 18 (ANI): The third edition of a 35-day long cultural workshop is being held here to raise awareness among youth about the ancient culture and traditions of the region.
During the cultural workshop-cum-training held under the aegis of North Imphal Cultural Organization (NICO), experts will be proving information about different subjects.
More than 60 children between the ages of 4 - 18 are participating in the workshop.
"At this camp many children have come together to learn. We demonstrate the Thang-ta dance, discipline, team spirit and other activities so that they can learn and have a better society," said Leitanthem Dhamendro Singh, Thang-Ta, instructor.
The children are thrilled to learn about their traditions.
