White House official behind anti-Obama administration tweets identified, sacked

Washington, Oct. 24 (ANI): A White House official has been reportedly identified and sacked who posted anonymous tweets attacking President Barack Obama's administration.

A national security staffer, Jofi Joseph was fired last week after it was found that he was behind the anonymous tweets under the Twitter handle @natsecwonk.

According to CBS, insiders followed the tweets because the author seemed to know what he was talking about, and because of the shock value.

His one such tweet read as, "I'm a fan of Obama, but his continuing reliance and dependence upon a vacuous cipher like Valerie Jarrett concerns me".

The report said that Joseph was a bipartisan insulter, as he tweeted about the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, which read as "Look, (Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif.) is an ass, but he's on to something here with the @hillaryclinton whitewash of accountability for Benghazi".

After being caught, Joseph is now apologetic as he mentioned in his letter to a news site that he was privileged to serve in Obama administration and that he deeply regrets violating the trust and confidence placed in him, the report added. (ANI)
