Tennis: Easy for Abdulla and Prabodh

Chennai, Aug 19 (IANS) Top seed Shaikh Abdulla (Tamil Nadu) had an easy run into the second round of the boys singles as he ousted Dalwinder Singh 6-1, 6-1, in the AITA Adidas-MCC Junior National tennis championship here Monday.

Also advancing to the second round was No.2 seed Suraj R Prabodh from Karnataka who eased past Paramveer Singh Bajwa 6-1, 6-0, while other fancied players also made progress without a hitch.
