Royal radio prank caller DJ Mel Greig wants to help Jacintha Saldanha's family

Melbourne, May. 2 (ANI): Australian radio DJ Mel Greig has said that she would like to appear at the inquest into the suicide of Indian-origin nurse Jacintha Saldanha in a bid to give her family the answers that they deserve.

Jacintha, a 46-year-old mother of two, committed suicide in December, two days after she transferred the 2Day FM DJs' prank call to a co-worker treating Duchess Kate during early stages of her pregnancy, reported.

Greig told Channel 10 at Adelaide airport that Jacintha's family wanted answers to their questions and that is what they deserve.

Earlier, one of Jacintha's suicide notes blamed Greig and her former co-host Michael Christian for her decision to take her own life and requested that they be forced to pay her mortgage. (ANI)
