Johannesburg, Nov 4 (ANI): The Pakistan Cricket Board will miss out on at least 1.5 million dollars after its short tour of South Africa could not materialize due to the PCB chairman's suspension.

According to Sport24, Najam Sethi revealed that he had almost finalized the plan of Pakistan's tour to South Africa on November 16, before a court in Islamabad suspended him last Tuesday.

He said that they could have earned 1.5 million dollars but the day the tour was supposed to be finalized, the court suspended them.

Islamabad High Court has suspended Sethi for not conducting elections for the chairman's post within the 90 days, which expired on October 18, the report said.

The Pakistani government appointed Sethi as interim PCB chairman in July after IHC suspended Zaka Ashraf for not being fairly elected, the report added. (ANI)
