Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), Oct.3 (ANI): Players and trainers of the Australian Under-19 cricket team celebrated the birthday of a player and a coach at an orphanage in Visakhapatnam.
Former Indian cricket team coach Greg Chappell, who is currently in charge of the Under-19 Australian team, was present on the occasion to celebrate the birthday of one of the players, Brian, and the team manager.
"We are hopeful that the Australian team will do very well. They are up against one of the best one day teams in the world. So, it will be a big challenge, but, that's why we play the game. It is for the challenges and to try and get better. So, it is to be hoped that the Australian team continues to do well and to improve," said Chappell.
Girl students of the school presented a colourful dance performance for the Australian team.
Team members spent over two hours at the orphanage, interacting with the children. They also obliged autograph hunters. (ANI)
