Obama's family not fond of 'Gangnam Style' dance moves, says Psy

New York, December 21 (ANI): US President Obama thinks he's mastered the viral 'sexy horse Gangnam Style' moves, but he's not allowed by the ladies of his family to show it off in public, South Korean pop star Psy has revealed.

The president greeted Psy earlier this month at the "Christmas in Washington" concert, which benefited the National Children's Medical Center.

"He told me he's good at 'Gangnam Style,' but that the ladies at his house are embarrassed when he's dancing so he's not doing it," the New York Daily News quoted Psy as telling The Hollywood Reporter.

Psy performed his viral hit for the Obama family and others at a "Christmas in Washington" concert earlier this month, just days after apologizing for performing violent anti-American lyrics during Iraq War protests years ago.

Obama had also expressed confidence in his "Gangnam Style," before the Christmas concert.

When asked by New Hampshire's WZID-FM before his re-election last month whether he would consider busting out some "Gangman Style" dance moves if he beat Mitt Romney, Obama replied "I just saw that video for the first time. I think I can do that move. But I'm not sure that the Inauguration Ball is the appropriate time to break that out."

But he added that maybe he would "do it privately for wife Michelle." (ANI)
