Obama asked to settle couple's row over baby-name

Washington, February 15 (ANI): President Obama was asked on Google chat to settle a couple's dispute over naming their forthcoming baby girl (Eleanor or Alice), but declined to take a side.

Obama said that he's going to leave this up to the couple, explaining that if they decided against his choice, the girl would forever think the president of the United States didn't like her name, the Politico reported.

However he did have a message for the child: "Tell Eleanor or Alice not to forget to be awesome."

Prodded further on a Google+ Hangout Thursday, he volunteered that he does have an opinion if the baby turns out to be a boy.

"If it's a boy and you want to name it Barack," he said, "that's fine." (ANI)
