New Delhi, Sep 21 (IANS) Two men, arrested for allegedly helping friends of NRI student Anmol Sarna get the drugs consumed during a party here after which the 21-year-old student died, were Saturday granted bail by a Delhi court.
Metropolitan Magistrate Deepak Wason granted bail to Bhuwan Sharma and Nehul arrested in connection with the supply of drugs.
The court asked them to furnish a personal bond of Rs.25,000 each with one surety of same amount.
The two were granted bail after police failed to show recovery of drugs from their possession, as claimed earlier.
The court pulled police saying that instead of investigating the death of Sarna, they seemed more interested in probing the supply of drugs.
It can be done as a parallel case but the death probe was necessary at this stage, the judge said.
