London, June 23(ANI): A new research has revealed that 50 percent of citizens of the UK do not speak to a member of their family.
According to family history specialists, Genes Reunited, family fall-outs mean that more than 26 million of people are no longer on speaking terms with a close relative, the Daily Express reported.
It was found that the most common disputes occur between siblings and it can last for 10 years.
The research, which was conducted to coincide with the new series of ITV's 'Long Lost Family,' suggested that the main causes include money- 61 per cent of rows, jealousy and choice of partner. (ANI)
