Islamabad, Jan. 16 (ANI): Minhajul Quran International (MQI) chief, Dr Tahirul Qadri, who, along with tens of thousands of his supporters is staging a sit-in outside Parliament House, demanding an "electoral reform", has invited Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan to join his dharna.
Qadri said the PTI is also seeking change in Pakistan and therefore he has forwarded the invitation to Khan so that forces wanting change can unite, reports The Express Tribune.
Referring to the court's order calling for the arrest of all accused in the rental power plants case, including Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf, Qadri said that the Supreme Court verdict had justified his movement, adding that the rulers would have to surrender in a day or two.
Qadri said his struggle was against "fraud democracy". (ANI)
