Love struck Warnie selling Oz home to shack up with Liz Hurley in England

Melbourne, Oct 8 (ANI): Shane Warne is selling his Brighton family home, worth more than 10 million dollars, ahead of his move to Britain with fiancee Elizabeth Hurley.

It is a substantially lower market value than the rumoured asking price of 15-20 million dollars being speculated for the luxury home back in August.

According to neighbours, prospective buyers have already toured the property and that work crews have been on site sprucing up the house for sale, News.com.au reported.

The property features a swimming pool inscribed with Warne's Aussie cricket team number of 23, grass tennis courts, an underground carpark and paparazzi-proof fencing.

Buyer's advocate David Morrell, who buys properties on behalf of Melbourne's rich and famous , said Warne's house had been on the market for "some time now but was yet to have any nibbles."

"There are probably only a handful of people willing to pay over 10 million dollars for a property in Brighton and these people tend to be prudent about their purchases," he said.

"They want a triple A address - something by the beach - for that sort of price.

"I don't know how many people would be interested in buying it simply because Shane Warne once lived there. Or even Liz Hurley," he added.

Warne and then-wife Simone Callahan bought the house in 2009 for almost 9 million dollars before their 2010 split. (ANI)
