On Wednesday Gautam Gambhir became the first cricketer to complete 100 matches in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Gambhir, who has captained KKR to their two IPL wins in the past, has now a total of 140 IPL matches. His previous 40 matches had come for Delhi Daredevils (DD). Yusuf Pathan, another KKR veteran, is not far behind on the list for playing most matches for KKR: he needs 2 more appearances for the franchise (which he should achieve in the ongoing edition of IPL) to complete his 100 matches as well. KKR, led by Gambhir, are currently placed at the second spot in IPL 10 points table. Full Cricket Scorecard, Rising Pune Supergiant vs Kolkata Knight Riders, IPL 2017, Match 30
