Indian Army to return Pakistani soldier's body

A Pakistani Army soldier, who 'accidentally' crossed the LoC into the Indian territory, was killed by the firing from the Indian soldiers.

SRINAGAR: The Indian Army has accepted Pakistan Army's demand to return the body of the soldier, who accidentlly crossed the Line of Control into the Indian territory on Friday.

A Pakistani Army soldier, who 'accidentally' crossed the Line of Control into the Indian territory, was killed by the firing from the Indian soldiers.

Indian Army PRO Jagdeep Dahiya said, "Mortal remains of the dead individual (Pakistan jawan) will be returned later in the afternoon today.

"During Indo-Pak DGMO level talks, Pakistan said that individual was a Pakistan soldier, they asked for his mortal remains: Indian Army PRO."

The Pakistani Army, according to a NDTV report, said the jawan had accidentally crossed the LoC and the authorities are in touch with their Indian couterparts to get his body returned. (With inputs from Agencies)
