South Africa 'A' declare second innings on 166-5.

Pujara: Tall orderOn an eventful third day, India ‘A’ were set 307 to win the second and final unofficial Test at the LC de Villiers Oval in Pretoria.

The Cheteshwar-Pujara led India ‘A’, bowled out today for 201 in their first innings, were 3-1 in their chase losing the wicket of Murali Vijay.

South Africa ‘A’, led by Justin Ontong, declared their second innings on 166-5, with opener Dean Elgar top-scoring with 62.

The Indians began the day in a wobbly position of 145-6. Pacer Beuran Hendricks took 5-36 while off-spinner Simon Harmer took 4-74 to ensure a hefty 140-run lead in this four-day game.
