London, Jan 20 (ANI): 'Girls Aloud' has revealed that their next tour will be their last one.
The English-Irish pop girl group, which includes Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts, Nadine Coyle and Kimberly Walsh, has reportedly called it quits after pocketing a 1-million-pound pay-off in the process, the Sun reported.
The girls, who have a sold-out arena tour, is said to have made a pact last year to keep the big farewell secret.
According to a source, the girls have known all along that this would be the last time they would all work together.
The source said that they deliberately dodged questions about future plans at the press conference to announce the tour, as they did not want to spoil the excitement.
The source also asserted that they all felt it wasn't right for them to be singing songs like Love Machine and performing the same way when they're in their thirties.
The source revealed that they all want to make this a way to bow out on a high and walk away for the next chapter in their lives without constant questions about when they will be getting back together. (ANI)
