Islamabad, July 26 (ANI): Former PCB chief selector Iqbal Qasim has expressed contentment at the win of his selected team for the tour of the West Indies before his resignation and said that he is willing to accept chief selector's role again.
According to the Dawn, the PCB is faced with a chaotic situation in the wake of the Islamabad High Court's decision curtailing powers of the PCB chief Najam Sethi.
Talking about Pakistan victory in the just-ended ODI series against the West Indies, Iqbal gave credit to all players, proclaiming it to be a team effort, the report said.
Asked if he would agree to the same post as his successor Moin was not permitted to start working following court order, Iqbal said that he had learnt that the PCB had appealed against the judgment of the Islamabad High Court and if the appeal would not be accepted, he would be willing to pull the PBC out of the crisis.
