Fluminense keep alive Libertadores hopes

Rio de Janeiro, Sep 29 (IANS) Brazilian soccer giants Fluminense rallied from behind to defeat Goias 2-1 and maintain their hopes of a top-four finish in the Campeonato Brasileiro.

Fluminese, reigning champions, were trailing 0-1 at the Serra Dourada stadium when William Matheus netted in the 36th minute to give Goias the lead here Saturday, reports Cinhua.

But Brazilian international midfielder Jean equalised just after the interval and then Rafael Sobis struck the winner five minutes from time.
