New Delhi, Aug.2 (ANI): The Delhi Government has constituted a three-member Committee headed by Ajay Shankar, former Secretary to Government of India to review the status of reforms in the power sector in the capital.
The committee has been constituted as per instructions of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit.
The other members of the Committee are Chairman (PGC) and Advisor (Reforms and Innovation) P.K. Tripathi and former Secretary, Department of Financial Services, D.K. Mittal.
The committee would look into the various aspects relating to power sector and would also suggest measures to take forward the power sector.
The terms and references of the committee are wide and elaborate which would enable it to provide a comprehensive framework to enhance customers' satisfaction.
The committee has been asked to submit its report in four months. (ANI)
