London, July 19 (IANS) Girls Aloud bandmates Cheryl Cole and Kimberley Walsh have reportedly given up on alcohol, junk food and sugar as they want to stay fit and lose weight.
The singers-songwriters were also said to be seen exercising together at Cole's house here watching DVDs like "Strictly Come Dancing - Strictly Fit" and following fitness expert Tracy Anderson, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Cole, who was also a judge on "The X Factor", was also seen drinking green juices made up of kale, spinach, celery, apple and parsley instead of alcohol and sugary snacks.
"Last year I was in 'Shrek', then I participated in 'Strictly Come Dancing', and then the Girls Aloud tour. So I didn't think about working out. But the minute I stopped, I could literally feel the weight going back on," Walsh said in a magazine interview.
