Petroleum jelly

Apart from taming your dry skin and lips, petroleum jelly can be used as an eye makeup remover too. Just dab a little on your eyes and clean it up with cotton ball. It also helps in removing the false eyelash glue. Carefully smear it on the left-over glue and see it working its magic.

Castor oil

You can remove stubborn eye makeup using castor oil as well. It not only removes makeup, but also hydrates your skin. Unlike other chemical products available in market, castor oil is quite similar to our skin’s natural oils and does not cause any harm.

How to remove eye makeup

  • Dip a cotton ball in your makeup remover and place it on your eyelids.
  • Hold it there for at least a minute. This will give the makeup removing product enough time to loosen the hold of the eye makeup.
  • Now, gently clean the eyelids in a semi-circular motion.

Once you are done, wash your face with a mild face wash.
