London, Dec 1 (ANI): Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is on full alert to splash money after Manchester City defender Micah Richards revealed that he is considering his Etihad future.
According to the Daily Star, Richards has 18 months left on his contract and would love to carry on playing for his only club.
However, he is frustrated at not commanding a regular role, with Pablo Zabaleta ahead of him in the City pecking order, the report said.
Wenger has been a long-time admirer of versatile Richards, who can play either at right back or in central defence, the report added.
Right now, though, it's a case of wait and see, with City boss Manuel Pellegrini in no hurry to put Richards high on his list of priorities, according to the report. (ANI)
