Ahmed replaces Dinda as India bats first in Kochi ODI

Kochi, Jan 15(ANI): Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has won the toss and elected to bat against England on a fresh Kochi pitch in the second match of the ongoing one-day series.

India has made just one change in the team with fast bowler Shami Ahmed replacing Ashok Dinda.

England also made one change in the squad with Chris Woakes replacing Tim Bresnan, who misses out due to a slight niggle.

The Kochi pitch is likely to be a turner and the weather is expected to be hot and humid.

England is leading the five-match series 1-0 after winning the Rajkot ODI by nine runs.
