3D printed replacement hearts closer to reality

London, Sept. 6 (ANI): British researchers have developed a new nozzle that could help scientists help print human organ with a 3 D printer.

Melbourn TTP managing director Sam Hyde said that organ printing using the Vista 3D nozzle could be achieved in the next five to ten years, Metro.co.uk reported.

The nozzle will be fed by cartridges of material which could be anything from stem cells to metal powder. (ANI)
