New Delhi, July 19 (ANI): Salman Khan, who appeared before a Mumbai Sessions Court today for his 2002 hit and run case, has been asked to reappear at the court hearing on 24 July.
The session's court magistrate has asked the 47-year-old actor to be present at the hearing on Wednesday, and if he skips the hearing, he will be arrested. Khan had earlier missed his June hearing for this case.
Inside the court, the argument was all about article 304 (1) and (2), where the actor's lawyer argued about no intention behind the act, while the prosecution insisted that drinking and driving is as good as murder because the victimizer knows it could be fatal. (ANI)
