12 Celebrities who made news: Shah Rukh Khan

There was seldom a day which passed by without these celebs hogging the limelight. Here’s what they did

Shah Rukh has been courting controversy for a while now. The first one this year was infamously coined ‘Slapgate’ where SRK reportedly roughed up editor-filmmaker Shirish Kunder, the husband of his once close friend Farah Khan, during Sanjay Dutt's success party for 'Agneepath'.

During IPL this year, Khan was involved in a scuffle with security personnel and Mumbai Cricket Association officials at the Wankhede Stadium and was banned for five years from entering the ground. Later there were rumours of his alleged affair with Priyanka Chopra.  King Khan's image of an affable and disciplined star received a big blow due to these events.

SRK just celebrated his 47th birthday and has also completed 20 years in the Hindi film industry this year. With Yash Chopra’s last film ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ set to be Bollywood’s biggest Diwali release, it looks like the actor is ready to put all the negativity aside and make a fresh start.
