Partnership
Records

During his 153 against New Zealand, Dravid added 331
runs for the second wicket with Sachin Tendulkar, who made 186. It's the only
instance of two batsmen making 150 or more in one innings in an ODI.

The 331-run partnership is still a record.

Dravid and Sourav Ganguly added 318 runs for the
second wicket against Sri Lanka in Taunton on 26.05.99 in the World Cup game of
1999.

These two partnerships are the only 300-run stands
in ODIs. It's to Dravid's credit that he featured in both.

Dravid has partnered two batsmen in adding 4000-plus
runs in ODIs. With Tendulkar he has added 4117 runs and with Ganguly, 4363
runs. He's the third batsman to do so with two partners after Tendulkar and Ganguly.

Tendulkar has 4000-plus runs with three partners -
Ganguly {8227}, Virender Sehwag {4312} and with Dravid. Ganguly has done it
with two partners - Tendulkar and Dravid.

Dravid has had 56 century partnerships. The wicket-wise
break-up: first wicket {03}, second {13}, third {14}, fourth {15}, fifth {09}
and wicket {02}.

The partner-wise break-up: Ganguly and Tendulkar
{11 each}, Mohammad Kaif {08}, Singh {05}, Azharuddin and VVS Laxman {04 each},
MS Dhoni and Sehwag {03 each}, Nikhil Chopra, Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli,
Robin Singh, Robin Uthappa, S Ramesh and Vinod Kambli {01 each}.
