IPL Match 08: Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Mumbai Indians

- MA Agarwal collected the first ball duck in this game providing the 27th occasion of an opening batsman dismissed by the first ball he faced in IPL. Break up edition wise - IPL 2008 {05} : IPL 2009 {14} and IPL 2010 {06} and IPL 2011 {02}.

 

- MA Agarwal became the second batsman in IPL 2011 to collect the first ball duck. GC Smith of Pune collected the first ball duck against Kings Eleven Punjab at Mum-DYP on 10.04.11 was the other batsman to suffer such an ignominy.

 

- Royal Challengers Bangalore was playing its 48th IPL game when it met Mumbai Indian at Bangalore today. Other team to play 48 IPL games is Deccan Chargers.

 

- This game was TM Dilshan's 80th T20 game. He became the 36th cricketer to appear in 80 plus T20 games.

The best stand is the 129 runs partnership between RS Bopara and MS Bisla of Punjab for the first wicket at Bangalore on 16.03.10.
