CLT20: Ruhuna vs Trinidad & Tobago

- Trinidad and Tobago innings contained five run outs. The batsmen who were
dismissed run out are - ML Udawatte, TAM Siriwardana, TM Sampath, DNA
Athulamudali and JGA Janodo. The five run outs in Trinidad and Tobago's innings
provide the fifth occasion of five batsmen dismissed run out in a team's
innings in the history of T20 games. The other four occasions are - in
Sinhalese innings against Ragama at Col-CCC on 01.03.07, in Mumbai's innings vs
Mohali at Mum-WS on 21.05.08, in Victoria's
innings vs NSW at Sydney on 17.01.09 and in
Essex's innings vs Sussex at
Hove on 28.05.99

 

- With these
five run outs the total number of run outs in CL T20 swelled to 66. This the
first occasion of a CLT20 match witnessing five run outs in an innings.
