South Australia

SA Bio

The South Australia Redbacks represent the state of South Australia, as the name suggests and are located at Adelaide. Their home ground is the Adelaide Oval.

The Redbacks have been a popular team in the first-class arena and one-day format along with the Big Bash. The team reached the finals of Big Bash in 2009-10, eventually losing to Victoria, but still made it to the 2010 Champions League T20. However, they went on to win the 2010-11 title, beating New South Wales Blues in the finale, and also qualifying for that year's edition of the CLT20.
