Sushant Marathe is a powerful left-hand batsman and wicket-keeper from Mumbai. He represents Mumbai in the domestic circuit. He has also played in the Indian Under-19 team. His consistent performances at the domestic level earned him an IPL contract with the Kochi in 2011. The following season, he was transferred to the Mumbai camp for the fifth IPL edition.
