Profile
An aggressive right-hand batsman and a medium pacer, Shuvagoto Hom debuted for Dhaka in Bangladesh’s first-class competition in the 2009-10 season. Since his debut, Shuvagoto has been a solid technical batsman and his timely knocks in the National Cricket League brought him into national contention. Being named in the 30-man preliminary squad for the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup, he made it to the national team for the home ODI series against Australia in April 2011.
