The son of the legendary Geoff Marsh, Shaun has had 'cricket' in his genes from the time he was born. Western Australia benefitted from his prowess with the willow and named him Cricketer of the Year in 2008. Besides being a heavy contributor in the Twenty20 and Pura Cup in Australia, he was also the winner of the Orange Cap at the inaugural edition of the Indian Premier League - that after not having played the first four matches of the tournament. He is on his way to cementing his place as another 'opening wonder' for Australia.
