Mayank Agarwal is an explosive right-handed batsman from Bangalore, who has modeled his batting style on the lines of Virender Sehwag. In the Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy in 2008-09, he smashed 432 runs at an average of 54 in five matches. He was one of the stars of the Under-19 team that toured Australia in 2009 and hit a match-winning knock of 160 runs.
He was signed by the Bangalore for IPL 4.
