Profile
Akshath Reddy is a right-handed opening batsman from Hyderabad. He came into limelight with his performances in the Cooch Behar Trophy scoring 359 runs in five matches in 2008-09. He was named in the U-19 squad for the 2010 World Cup in New Zealand. Akshath scored an unbeaten 105 in his first T20 match for Hyderabad in the 2010 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. The youngster was then signed by the Hyderabad, formerly known as the Hyderabad in the IPL.
