Fresh incidents of unprovoked firing from the Pakistani side have been reported at the five posts in the Krishna Ghati and Sona Gali sectors near LoC in Jammu and Kashmir. In wake of the unabated ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) and brutal killing of Indian army personnel by security forces of Pakistan, the Congress has insisted that New Delhi must continue exerting diplomatic pressures on Islamabad to mend its ways. The Congress also condemned the closing of trade gates by Pakistan for Indian traders.
