In the Lok Sabha, Leader of the Opposition Sushma Swaraj demanded death penalty for rapists. Whereas Congress MP and former head of Women Commission Girija Vyas decried the decline in law and order situation in the national Capital. Even Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar also urged the central government to take stringent action against the culprits.
