Suzlon Energy Ltd. and Essar Oil Ltd. were among the top gainers with an increase of 19.81percent and 15.02percent along with Punjab National Bank and Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. with an increase of 10.42percent and 7.06percent respectively, while the top losers include Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd. and National Aluminium Company Ltd. with a decrease of 2.63percent and 2.57percent along with Rajesh Exports Ltd. and Allahabad Bank with a decrease of 2.47percent and 2.42percent at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 14.74 points at 10,991.21, while the reality sector is up 33.40 points at 2,241.52 and the Banking sector is down 69.92 points at 14,572.44. The Indian currency is 0.08 percent up at Rs 53.26 per dollar.
