Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 114.47 points down to stand at 19988.88. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 27.85 points down to stand at 6046.95. Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd and Axis Bank Ltd. were among the top gainers with an increase of 6.54% and 4.10% along with Sun TV Network Ltd. and Strides Arcolab Ltd. with an increase of 3.63% and 3.21% respectively, while the top losers include IVRCL Ltd and Unitech Ltd with a decrease of 8.24% and 6.31% along with Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. and Opto Circuits (India) Ltd. with a decrease of 4.87% and 4.75% at the close of the markets. The Indian currency is 0.37 % up at Rs 53.71 per dollar.
