While the Republic Day has been celebrating across the country on January 26, the inmates of Kot Bhalwal Jail in Kashmir hoisted the national tricolor flag on Friday. The prisoners celebrated the special day showing patriotism inside the locked wall. Some artists and school children also participated in the various programs which have been organized by the jail authority.
