Jammu and Kashmir Police today filed an FIR against those who attacked Kashmir's first all-girls rock band Pragaash online. Praagaash Band, finally decided to call it quits after the Kashmir's Grand Mufti issued a fatwa against the girls, terming singing as un-Islamic.
