Prime Minister Manmohan Singh wanderlust has cost the exchequer a whopping 3 millions 40 lakhs on his foreign visits. Singh has undertaken 22 foreign trips covering 22 countries across the world within last 3 years. The Prime Minister Office has given the expense details of 11 visits only. The RTI activist has raised a question that the effect of inflation could have been contained, if the Singh’s visit would have had cut.
