Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh has assured good governance, if elected to power in the Meghalaya in the forthcoming polls. Singh said this to the audience while addressing the rally in Shillong today. Patting the shoulder of Congress party, Singh hailed the efforts of United Progressive Alliance and Chief Minister Mukul Sangma for commendably serving the state.
