External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid, today said that India has taken a very firm position on the beheading issue with Pakistan. He further said that Visa on arrival decision has not been called off, but delayed. Talking about yesterday's Flag Meeting between India and Pakistan on the LoC, he said that the government is not very happy with Pakistan's response but the process is still on.
