The recovery of two landmines and later defused in Lalgarh area of West Midnapur district on Saturday, has raised fresh concerns about the activities of extremists, as it was an epicenter of the activities of Maoists. Based on intelligence inputs, a joint team of state police and CRPF were able to locate the planted land mines and later it was defused by bomb squad. less
