A month after the brutal Delhi gangrape and murder, the Justice Verma Committee on Wednesday submitted its recommendations to check crimes against women. The report has suggested changes in an entire gamut of laws to bring speedier justice for crimes against women. The report slams police apathy and has called for police reforms.
